Soft maple was used in this country style free-standing vanity. The drawer fronts and face frames were cut from a single board. The turned legs were sized to suit the open feel of this vanity.
Drawers have hand cut dovetails and are on wood slides.
Two mirror frames were made to complement the vanity. Curly maple was used for both frames.
The molding for the frames was custom made. The molding of this smaller frame is also used as a component of the larger frame.
On this larger frame the inner piece is identical to the small frame while the outer molding piece is an exact reverse profile.
